Game Thread: Footraces, Slam Dunks, 'n' Three Pointers

I'm here in Colorado with a TV in front of me and laptop in hand. Here's your spot to talk about the Barkley-Bavetta showdown, the Three-Point Shootout, and, of course, the Dunk Contest. Root for Nate to prove to all the haters that he really can throw down with the best of them (on the first try). It's gonna be a fun night. Backatcha later. Peace.

EDIT: If you're a hardcore NBDL fan who wants to discuss that All-star Game, feel free to do that as well. Wouldn't wanna leave anybody out...

if nate made his finals dunk on his first try he woulda gottena 10. i dunno why green's first dunk in the finals got so high a mark cuase it was just a regular dunk basically.

Agreed, although Gerald jumped from pretty far out.

You realize that Dwight Howard's first dunk (which was really nothing at all) got a 43 and his sticker dunk got a 42?

My favorite dunk of the night was Paul Pierce off the side of the bacboard to Gerald Green for the windmill. You guys?

my favorite was nate's first cuase he got up there and his legs were in perfect position any everything. i dunno im really biased tho i guess. the sticker one shoulda got a higher score tho, good pic of him on it and all.

Gerald deserved to win. It was a poorly judged contest, I think. I blame MJ.

"the russian judge" as sir charles said.

he is allowed to be the russian judge tho, he had some of the best dunks ever, in my opinion. o ya and he is also like... michael jordan

My favorite dunk was the Pierce to Gerald via the side of the backboard, but the most underrated dunk of the night was Tyrus' lefty dunk over BG that RIPPED THE NET! I wanted the guys out of the contest as much as everyone else, but that dunk was pretty crazy...
